Step 3. Approach every conversation knowing you will offend them in some way, either in word or deed
Step 4. Understand that to a Millennial nothing that happened in the world before the late 90’s has any hold on reality or needs to be taken into consideration. And that includes you
Step 5. Knowing all of the above…tell them whatever you need them to know and watch the drama unfold. Eventually you will either adjust to each other or run each other off.
