There is an art to picking out a watermelon to help make sure you get the perfect watermelon every time. Don’t go for the green juicy looking ones. Those aren’t juicy, they were actually picked too soon. The best watermelons will have a yellowish and white patch on the bottom and “veins” running up it. That shows the watermelon sat for the perfect amount of time and should be yummy and juicy!
