Hmmm it might be something worth noting, Doctors say cases of the ‘Teflon Flu’, an illness caused by using a nonstick skillet on high heat, are on the rise.

They say when your pan gets overheated, that’s when the issues happen. If you’re wondering if you have the ‘Teflon Flu’, here are some of the symptoms : Fever, malaise, shortness of breath, chest tightness and a dry cough a few hours after exposure.

Aside from never entering the kitchen again, you can avoid this by using stainless steel or cast-iron skillets.
