Thinking about joining the Army? Start training because they have a new Fitness Standard you have to pass now! If you’re wondering how hard it could be, you have to:

  • Deadlift the heaviest weight you can, 3 times
  • Hand release push-ups
  • Sprint, drag a heavy sled and carry kettle bells along a course
  • Do a plank
  • Run two miles
