One of the recorded histories oldest meteor shower will be making its annual return to the might sky on Saturday.

It’s called “The Lyrids Meteor Shower”. It’s fueled by the dust of a passing comet and is known to produce short but vibrant bursts of “fireballs” in the sky.

You can start seeing some of The Lyrids Meteor Shower beginning this weekend. The peak time of the shower is around 9 P.M. through Midnight on April 22nd.

For your best chance of seeing the “fireballs”, look to the Northeast not long after the sunset.
