Not just a coffee shop….

There is a new coffee shop opening in Jacksonville.  That’s not really big news…but which coffee shop is the news.
Bitty’s and Beau’s Coffee will be opening on The San Marco Square sometime this year.  Never heard of Bitty’s and Beau’s?
They employ people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  
They say over 80% of people with these disablities are unemployed.  They started in North Carolina to address this situation and now have shops in 12 states, employing more than 200 people.  
I’ll keep an eye on this new place and will let you know when it is open.
