Gatorade vs. Banana

You just get done with a hardcore work out and you have to choose between the two to replenish you, a Gatorade or a Banana. I would instinctively go for the Gatorade, that sounds so much more fueling and refreshing than a banana!

It turns out while Gatorade says it has everything you need to replenish your body during and after a hard workout… everything you need is also in a simple banana!

They tested Gatorade vs. Banana during a tough period of cycling and discovered that bananas deliver the same performance as sports drinks and offered up a healthier blend of sugars.
