A Meaningful Hug

There’s usually some type of intention behind our hug when we hug someone. Sometimes it’s a greeting, sometime it’s to show our love for them and sometimes it’s to help them feel better.

It turns out there’s a “Scientific Method” behind hugging. If your intention is to make someone feel better with a hug, then you should hug them for at least six seconds. That sounds kind of awkward to me…

If you’re not about that, then take Gary’s profound Hug Advice:

For a sincere hug, wrap up and squeeze, then you’re done. If it’s two guys hugging, add two bracing slaps on the back and you’re done.

Again, that’s Gary’s viewpoint and it’s not very scientific.
